Honey oat cortado
Oat milk, a spoon of wildflower honey and a pinch of sea salt over a ristretto. The drink our regulars order twice.

§ 02 — The story
We roast in small batches, brew to the gram, and bake twice a day.
Pilcrow is named after the little mark editors use to begin a new paragraph. That's what we want your morning to feel like: a clean break, a fresh line, room to think.
Our espresso is a seasonal house blend; the slow bar rotates single origins every week. Pastries are laminated in-house overnight, the sourdough is fed daily, and nothing on the counter is older than this afternoon.
“Every cup is a fresh paragraph.”

Seasonal beans from growers we know by name, roasted in small batches.
Every filter weighed, timed and poured to order on the slow bar.
Croissants, cardamom buns and sourdough, out of the oven at 7:30 and 10:00.
Window seats, soft light and Wi-Fi that actually works.
